PRODUCT REVIEW: Dannon Pure Strawberry/Blueberry Flavored Yogurt

Today I will be reviewing Dannon’s Pure Strawberry and Blueberry flavored yogurts.

Rate: ★★★★

Okay this is SUCH a yummy yogurt! I eat these almost everyday. I’m so sad we are almost out. My mom bought a HUGE box of these.

Now let’s look at the ingredients…

Honestly, compared to so many other processed and packaged things, this isn’t so bad.

It’s under 10 ingredients, you can read all of the terms, and it’s mostly just made up of milk, sugar, and water.

The only problem I see with this is that they probably used regular table sugar which isn’t as healthy, but again, there are worse products out there.

They are relatively small portions (maybe what a real sized portion of yogurt is supposed to look like), but if you eat it with some granola and fruit, it’s a great way to squeeze in a fast breakfast if you don’t have the time!

I was surprised to see that it has 5g of protein in such a small serving.

I was also a little surprised by the sugar amount, but compared to regular flavored yogurt, it’s a pretty decent amount.

Overall, I love this yogurt and definitely recommend it if you have trouble getting breakfast into your mornings :) Enjoy!

PRODUCT REVIEW: Aladdin To-Go 20 oz. Tumblers

Today I’m going to be reviewing my most favorite cup in the whole wide world!

Rate:

This cup is from Aladdin and…

I love love LOVE this cup! It’s so easy to reach my water intake because the cup is so big and you only have to refill it 2-3 times a day and you’re DONE!

For some reason, I always had a problem will all the other stainless steel water bottles my mom would buy… I just didn’t like them.

I dunno what clicked with this one… but it’s great!

The only thing that sucks is that you can’t put warm stuff in it… but then again, why would you want to? lol.

It came in a 3 pack with 3 different colored straws. I got this orange/pink one!

My mom got a purple/green one, and there was an extra blue/yellow one.

Anyways, go out and buy one! They are awesome! :D The straw doesn’t slip out, they are BPA Freedishwasher safe and come in different sizes!

I hope you guys like this as much as I do :) Enjoy! <3

PRODUCT REVIEW: Boulder Canyon Olive Oil Kettle Cooked Potato Chips

Today I will be reviewing one of the healthiest type of “chips” I’ve come across so far…

Rating:

Let me just say, I LOVE these!

Although they are a bit too salty for my taste, I can usually get over it with a big glass of water haha.

I love that the ingredients are so simple!

That’s why I think they are healthier than most chips out there.

I never thought it was possible to find a healthier version of plain potato chips..

but alas I have finally found it!

The only thing I would caution is to be careful of serving sizes.

Just because it’s "healthier", doesn’t mean you can go and devour the whole bag.

Everything in moderation

Anyways, I hope you go out and try this! It’s so yummy!

Enjoy! ~

PRODUCT REVIEW: Nature’s Path Pumpkin Flax Granola

So today I will be reviewing Nature’s Path Pumpkin Flax Granola.

Rating:

I was craving something sweet and decided to give it a try.

GURL LEMME TELL YOU! This stuff is FREAKING AH-MAZING!

Not to mention that this is obviously healthier than most other cereals, and it’s organic to boot!

Besides eating like cereal, you can top it on yogurt, oatmeal, or a parfait.

I didn’t find many things that were worth suspicion in the ingredients.

My only concerns are the molasses, oat syrup solids, and tocopherals.

I’m sure it’s nothing to worry too much about though!

The last thing I would advise you on is to be cautious with portions!

Calories add up quickly so be sure to pre-measure everything before enjoying.

Also, I would treat this more like a dessert than a meal considering the amount of sugar and carbs it has in it.

Of course it’s not too bad, but it’s not something you want to eat excessively.

Overall, I love this product and eat a small bowl whenever I feel my sweet tooth about to rampage.
