
So I thought I’d do a progress pic just because I wanted to see if I could notice anything and I def can from the 1st pic especially!!!
I didn’t start exercising and eating healthy till July because I had complications with my pregnancy and couldn’t do much but since I’ve changed my lifestyle I’ve lost a total of 15 lbs…It may not seem like alot but it feels really good that I’m getting that much closer to my GW….I Hope to loose 40 more lbs!!!!
